This mat is fabulous for lining flat baking sheets for making biscuits/home made pizzas etc or even oven chips and fish fingers. It makes a massive difference to the non stick nature of the baking sheet and makes cookie baking a breeze. Best way to use it in that case is to slide the sheet off whole onto the cooling rack to allow the biscuts to cool in situ before moving them when they have "set."
Don't expect this mat to be solid. it doesn't replace a baking sheet and can't be used directly on the oven shelf but it is extrememly useful. It is also great for on the work surface to allow you to roll out things that you want t bake afterwards without having to move them then eg pizza bases. also great for rolling out biscuit dough etc if your work surface are textured like mine and a nightmare to roll out on. All in all a fantastic product with speedy delivery. I have bought two and have recommended them to family and friends.

I'm gradually adapting to silicone bakeware. Oh why did I wait so long to get a baking sheet roll? Made croissants (still experimenting with recipes). No greasing, no sticking, perfect bake. Utter utter dream!
Althought the picture seems to indicate a heavily raised patterned surface this is just a trick of the light- it's almost flat (and smooth on the other side). It washed easily.
I picked a Faringdon Collection Bakers Pride Non Stick Baking Sheet 41x30cm as the solid under tray- this thing is so big you actually have to slot it into the oven like a shelf- but it worked with croissants, allowing plenty of circulation at the back.

I like to make fruit leathers and have often struggled trying to remove it from baking parchment, leaving a sticky mess with paper attached. No more! This excellent baking mat was a winner from the start. The leather just peeled off without leaving any residue at all. No mess, and the mat is easy to wash. You can either store it rolled or flat. I thoroughly recommend this baking mat.

Nice baking mat
Great mat, perfect for cookies which always stick to my non stick pans. Have also used it for chips, as it washes up brilliantly in the dishwasher. Wish it was a bit longer.
