I bought this toothepaste for part of phase 1 of the Cura Romana Weightloss Plan but absolutely love it and intend to keep on using it rather than going back to my old brand.
Initially it felt a bit odd because it doesn't froth up like normal toothpaste and the taste is quite strong.
However, after not using it for very long at all, I noticed my teeth were feeling much cleaner, they are much shinier and I'm sure my gums are more healthy.
Definitely a bonus of trying the weightloss program!

I switched toothpastes when I started reading how about to remineralize teeth. I was very wary to leave the world of fluoride that had been drilled into my head as the only way to go and was sure nothing else could make my teeth clean.
I had decent teeth to start with. I had complained to my dentist a few times that my back teeth felt gritty and brushing them didn't make it go away. My dentist said my teeth were completely fine and nothing to worry about. After just a few days with this new toothpaste nearly all the grittiness was gone! It took about a week or so for it to go completely! That was the very first thing that hooked me on this new toothpaste. My teeth really were getting cleaner, they feel smoother. I have even begun to see a touch bit of yellowness lightening. Its not a whitening toothpaste or anything but its just more proof to me that my teeth really are getting cleaner.
I also read that tooth enamel is most endanger from an acidic environment and that actually most popular toothpaste raise the level of acidity by killing off some of the good bacterias in your mouth, not just the bad ones.... and that one of the benefits of a natural toothpaste was that it lowers the acidity... which is especially important overnight when you are not drinking water to wash any build up away. I was not so convinced before trying this toothpaste... but I now wake each morning with less of "that taste" in my mouth and I believe this is due to a lower level of acidity building overnight.
I love this toothpaste and there is no way I am going back to popular brands now.

bought this to use whilst i did the cura romana programme. its effective and it seems to clean teeth but i found the taste horrible and the not foaming was really bizarre. needless to say as soon as i finished the first part of the progrmme i went back to normal minty toothpaste.
