I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding, and joined Weight Watchers online about a year ago. They have a section on the website where you can print out recipes, but what I really needed was a clear, simple book with loads of recipes already in it, that i could constantly refer to in the kitchen. This book is EXACTLY what I was after- it's a great size, with tons of lovely illustrations. All the recipes are relatively simple and quick to make, with amazing results.
All the nutritional information is provided for you, with the points already calculated- it has made my life so much easier! It has sections on starters and soups, vegetarian dishes, meat dishes, poultry, and a final sectionon desserts. I highly recommend it- and will be using this for years to come, whether I'm on Weight Watchers or not!
