I have just received this recipe book and although I am sure the recipes are delicious I think it should be mentioned that not many of the recipes are illustrated, something I prefer as I like to know what its supposed to look like and secondly many (if not all the recipes) are american and therefore use some ingredients which you either don't know what they are (eg cilantro) or can't find here (eg graham crackers)- just worth mentioning I felt!

I have to agree with the other reviewers that his is an excellent cookbook. The "Bella Braised Chicken" is super, as are all the other recipes I have tried. This is one way to enjoy what you're eating without tasting like "diet" food. I highly recommend this book.

I was so excited when this book arrived at my house. I didn't put it down for hours. My stomach was growling just reading the recipes!!! I am following the point system and it is the easiest diet and best diet I have ever been on. The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MUSHROOM BARLEY SOUP!!! Don't hesitate. Run, don't walk. Order it now. You'll be glad you did. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and the results are so very fast. If Fergie can do it, I can too. Enjoy and be healthy.

I purchased this cookbook because I was incredibly bored with trying to eat well and I needed something that would pass inspection with my family. This book did it! The pictures are so well done that you want to rush to get started. Additionally, the final product rarely disappoints. This is the first cookbook I've owned that I just might wear out from over use and everyone is happy with the results!

Every recipe in this cookbook is delicious. My family loves all the meals prepared from this cookbook. Being on a diet is always seen as a negative task, but the recipes in this book makes it easy. The recipes are healthy, tastey, easy, and liveable.

My wife and I have been on the Weight Watchers 1-2-3 Success program for 5 months (with great results) and have found this book to be a Godsend. It is chock full of delicious recipes that are easy to make, healthy, and delicious. Among my favorites are the "One Dish Turkey with Stuffing"; "Glazed Carrots"; "Twice Baked Potatos"; "Apple Cake"; and "Pasta with Seafood in Lemon Dill Sauce". We will be cooking these recipes long after we are done losing weight. We have lost count of how many of the recipes we have tried, and I think there is only one we wouldn't cook again. This easily can become the most used cookbook in your home, even if you aren't trying to lose weight.

This is the best "diet" cookbook ever. Every recipe I have tried has been fabulous. It even pleases the fussiest husband. And we are losing an average of 1-1/2 pounds per week! Easy to prepare with ingredients that are readily available, this is the easiest plan WW has had yet. This book is a MUST for the 1-2-3 Success Plan! BUY IT TODAY!!!
