5.0 out of 5 stars Diets! 18 May 2003
Format:Paperback
After yo-yo dieting for several years I decided to join Weight watchers. This was due to the fact that I could still have the same type of food that I enjoy. This book proved very handy and helped me with different recipes and managing my points. I have tried recipes I would never even think of and have been very tasy to say they are low in fat. I would recommend this to any Weight watcher member!
