She is currently a freelance home economist and cookery writer who loves the challenge of making great-tasting, low-calorie food. She has written several sucessful books for Weight Watchers.

fantastic book, recommend this with bells on. Lovely receipes which my husband thinks are full of fat!!!. Love to whip up a nice chicken recipe when we entertain and always have compliments. easy to follow cook book. Excellent for a non cooker as well as a very good cook. Brilliant, well worth the money.

This book contains a wide variation of delicious, low-fat dishes. Each recipe has easy to follow instructions, gives the calorie content of the dish, and for those who are following the Weight Watchers programme the points per portion are clearly marked.
However, this book is not just for people on a Weight Watcher's diet. It is suitable for everyone and anyone.

A well set out book, clearly written and easy to follow. Recipes are great with calories and points per portion as well as total points for entire recipe. Full of great pictures and motivational messages. Recipes range from soups and starters to main courses, puddings and baking. A must for any weight watcher.
