Very Disappointing 23 Aug 2010
By Jade
Format:Paperback
I was very disappointed with this recipe book. It gives some nice recipes only to tell you they wouldnt recommend that recipe as its still high enough in points. I was really disappointed that it didnt give many tips and make the recipes using the tips then give these point values ie- quorn, using a steamer and using spices. It confused me why the recipes were not made with the tips they did have ie use turkey instead for less points. Why not then is the recipe not made with turkey??? I wanted recipes of ww food that had low points I found the ideas were not low pointed enough and not imaginative for low fat food. I gave the book away im not a fan.

Uninspiring but solid for those on a diet
The front cover shows a variety of exciting, colourful recipes, which inticed me as I do find Weight Watchers meals are often lacking in vegetables and are a bit over processed. Read more
