This is one of the first big WW books I bought when I was a member and this has been a firm favourite in our house ever since.
Although I have lost all my excess weight, I still use this book because the recipes all give a good balanced and low-fat diet.
Obviously not all the recipes in the book are to our taste, however they all work (as over the years I've tried most) and are written clearly and precisely. A good book to improve the overall diet of your family, or just to try and shed some pounds. (also good for kids to start cooking with)
