Full of good advice on how to compliment your riding by developing the muscles that get you moving and also those that keep you in a strong stable position on the bike.
And for those with limited time, plenty of advice on how to best mix and match the weight training and cycling for maximum speed/endurance/power.
It's also a good read for a text book that is approaching a reasonably dry subject.

I know it doesnt focus on nutrition but it would have been better if maybe it touched a bit more on it, say before a workout and after, what types of food etc. But im still giving it five stars. Recommend to anyone and i wish i had a tool like this when i first started out riding as my core would have probably been immense by now. Great book for cyclist especially in the off season.
