A great read to first get you started and then to keep you on the road to weight loss.

A good book to get you started in the right direction for weight loss whether you have 10 pounds or 100 pounds or more to lose.

This simple book is motivational and I felt inspired by reading it, having always struggled with the "right" way to lose weight. A good editor could shape this book into a more readable format. The grammar, tenses, and syntax need to be fixed. There is little new info but some good points about motivation. However, the author offers no real, doable solutions for the truly motivationally challenged. I think this could be a good book with a rewrite and reorganization.
