When you are successfully on the way down the scales it can all seem easy, but for the vast majority, how to avoid putting it all back on eventually becomes a problem. Dr George Blair-West has all the experience necessary to give you the knowledge you need to support permanent weight loss. I'm very impressed.

I found this book very useful. If you're looking for a quick fix to weight lost - this is not the book for you. However, if you are wanting a greater understanding of why we have weight in the first place, then this is a good book to start your research.

I found this book very interesting. Being a yo yo dieter for some time, there were some things in this book that I had never thought about before and they did make me think more actively about how and what I eat. An interesting book to purchase if you want a new view to dieting.
