This was an enjoyable light murder mystery. Perhaps a little too twee for my liking, I found the heroine a little hard to take. She appeared to be perfect in every single way and didn't come to life as well as the other characters. I was also disappointed that I was able to spot the killer from their first appearance on the page. Higgins Clark writes, immensely enjoyable murder mysteries. Low on sex and graphic violence thery are an agreeable sorbet from other more grim fare.
