My job is to help people change for the better. In the last 20 years I have done this by writing books, giving one-to-one counselling, running courses and workshops, and life coaching. Over the years my clients have taught me something of vital importance: positive changes always happen when we are focused and relaxed, and never when we are stressed and rushed.
