I have read loads of self-help books but I rate this one more than any other because it is so easy to read and to understand. It really shows you how easy it is to coach and encourage yourself so that you can feel motivated and positive and full of life. There are seven steps to being your own life coach (how to get know what you want, get focused and keep motivated and inspired and how to be in control of your life). The second section is all about relationships, work, body image and confidence and there is also a weight loss programme which I used and it works!!!! This book shows you how you can go out there and get what you want. I have bought so many copies to give away to people and even my mum is using it.
