A great bike, well made, smooth quick release sections, well thought out. A bit on the heavy side when attached to a racer but at least it's nice a stable! It's perfect for my 4 year old, and we've bought a back rest to use for added security until she's a bit bigger. A great purchase and you won't be dissapointed.

I bought this as it was ranked number 1 with Amazon, which I always take as a good sign.
The reviews seemed a bit mixed, but liked the idea of adding a back rest like the first reviewer, so went with this idea.
I know its cheeky, but I thought, if it doesnt work out, I can return anyway.
But it worked brilliantly.
On the down side, I maybe could have saved myself £40 by not using the back rest, as after a couple of rides I could see it was un necessary for my son who us just over 4 and a confident lad. But maybe I will use on my younger ones.
The back rest is simple but effective and easy to install, and remove.
The tagalong is great quality and again, very easy to install and remove.
I put together in a couple of minutes, and the only fiddly bit was atttaching the hitch, which was a case of screwing in 4 bolts.
But all done and dusted in 10 mins and was ready to go.
The tagalong was very stable and sure in its movement and I was really impressed.
The flag is so tall we are seen a mile off and it was nice security as drivers were giving us a wide berth knowing a child was on board.
Then again, the roads arent too busy where we live. Not sure I would take my son on a busy road until his confidence is built up, and mine!
I really hope this lasts until he is 9 as the box suggests, as that would be a great buy for 5 years use. But then again, I assume my other little ones will be fighting to get on it before then. Maybe they should devise a way to have two tag a longs coming off the same bike....

I researched all the options extensively before deciding to buy the Weeride aluminium trailer bike (Pro Pilot). The UK distributor (Mat) was a great help answering questions I had, excellent customer service how it should be. The bike was easy to set up and attach to the adult bike - and so far I have been very impressed with the quality and value for money of this product. You could spend a lot more to get the same thing with a more recognised brand (e.g. Trek etc) - this does the job perfectly and my son loves it! Would definitely recommend this product.

Good price, but low quality manufacture
It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Manufacture quality is poor, and it's quite heavy. My 5YO daughter can just get on it with the seat at it's lowest - and she's tall for her... Read more
