I only looked after seeing the firm that makes the item was having a 50% sale and discovered Amazon shopping was even cheaper.

I actually got this as part of an upgrade package however Serif are one of the few software firms that still provide manuals. Although there is no information in the manual that is not contained in the help menu and this manual is available as a free download. I still prefer a written manual that I can thumb through and find out how to do things without having to have the PC in front of me. The manual is excellently structured with an introduction sumarising changes from the previous version and giving an overview of everything. Everything is in chapters so it is easy to find what I want.
