From beginners to the more advanced, the book spans from how to create a basic page to the most elaborate creations with forms, animations and simple JavaScript. It's more of a teach-yourself than a long-hauled book, with examples galore to hold the reader's interest. Then, if all this wasn't enough, it contains a free CD-ROM with all the examples in the book AND all the software you could possibly need to spice up your site, with big names like Macromedia Flash (for animations) and many other must-have programs. The book even goes as far as offering a few chapters on the best ways to publish and promote your site including links to many good contacts. If you want a book that will explain how to write html from the basics to the semi-advanced, plus with basic JavaScript thrown in for free and a bible of code references at the back (for most colours and text symbols) then this is the book for you. Easy to read, very well taught, great CD-ROM deserves full marks.
