We Dance - Game and 2 Mat Pack (Wii)

First of all I must say if you have one of the new smaller Wii's then this game will not work on your Wii because the Mats plug into where the old Gamecube style controllers did, but the new Wii's don't have this type off connection anymore. This also means you can't play great Gamecube games like F-Zero GX or Star Wars: Rogue Leader. So this is very important do not buy this game if you have a new smaller style Wii.
I own Just Dance 1, 2, Dance Juniors and Michael Jackson: The Experience which are all good dance games but you are only really moving your hands with those games not your feet. We Dance with it's two dance mats fixes this which means I can do all sorts of fun and crazy dancing with my feet on my Wii at last. The dance mat works excellently unlike the Just Dance games where I felt the Wii Remote controls could be a bit hit and miss at times.
There are 40 chart songs from the 70's to the 00's which you can shake your stuff to and here are all the songs which are as follows:

You can also download new songs and dance moves through your Nintendo Wi-Fi connection if you have you Wii set up through internet hub. My daughter who is six enjoys this game and so does my mum who is in her 60's! So We Dance is a game which people of all ages will enjoy and trust me it really is better then the Just Dance games.

This another classic example of how to over engineer a piece of software. The.dance mats them selves are fine and good quality. Then game is almost missing the point that the mats are attached. And seems to concentrate on dance moves following the on screen dancer rather than follow the mat steps that are displayed in a small window in the corner.

If your looking for the classic dance mat game like the archades this is not it, it is basically a dance class with a couple of mats thrown in but hardly used.

Having two mats in the pack and two daughters, it was a lot of fun watching them competing to learn the steps
in the same time :)
