5.0 out of 5 stars A profound book on the miracle and mystery of life, 22 Feb 2006
This review is from: The Way of Wonder (Paperback)
I am a professional reviewer of spiritual books, and this one is an essential read. I say essential, because it is one of those books which transforms the reader by removing every unnecessary idea and concept, and rendering the living mystery out before us. Few books have such a compelling effect as this one. I highly recommend this for any spiritual seeker or anyone wanting to grow beyond the limiiting scope of the worldly paradigm. If you are afraid to break down the walls of the mind, and expand into the cosmic mystery, this book will challenge you. But if you are ready for a tremendous ride through the magical mystery of the self, this book will be your ticket. I am pleased to see that the Midwest Book Review (one of the leading small-press book reviewers in the world) agrees with my applause for this work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Articulate and insightful analysis of comparative religion, 12 Dec 2002
By Midwest Book Review - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Way of Wonder (Paperback)
The results of ten years of research by author Jack Haas, The Way Of Wonder: A Return To The Mystery Of Ourselves is a 244-page spiritual treatise written out of reverence for the beauty in all life. Combining images and understanding of God from across eras and continents, The Way Of Wonder is an articulate and insightful analysis of comparative religion presented with an overtone of wonder and joy of the greatness of existence itself. The Way Of Wonder is especially recommended reading for students of comparative religion and personal spirituality.
