A great little book, that teaches a lot in a few pages. Keep it in your Jacket's pocket and read it whenever you have a minute to spare.

A very practical read for especially busy executives; it should take maybe less than a hour.

Although the author wrote this book almost exactly 250 years ago the advice is still just as true and relevant today as it was back then. This book is full of sound advice about attitudes to life, work and money management. Many of the sayings that Franklin included are still in use today such as "no pain, no gain" As we all reflect on the folly of recent times with excessive consumer borrowing and our obsession with accruing stuff be it cars, the latest fashion, expensive meals and generally over spending then this little book makes for a sobering read. It's just full of little life tips and fables and is not dull or depressing. I liked it so much I am buying copies for my kids. We tend to think we are so much wiser and more enlightened than our ancestors and in some respects of course we are but I urge people to read this book and I am confident you will learn some life lessons from it.

Ben says it all with lots of "catchy" sayings! It is a must read for anyone -- including children/young adults.
