I bought this as it was cheap and I thought it would serve a simple purpose. I was wrong: this item is both cheap looking and cheap feeling. Nothing wrong with that, and I suppose you get what you pay for, but the real problem with this is that IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. Out of the box, my splitter was totally inert and in spite of trying it in lots of different ways and with different peripherals, it never once showed a single glimmer that it wasn't completely dead.
At this price, it's hardly worth the bother of sending it back, but at least I can stick a review up to help others avoid making the mistake I made. AVOID.

Have ordered a 2 way scart splitter block but received a completely different thing - a normal cable splitter.On the invoice they have very conveniently indicated that they do not take any responsibility for the images on their add on amazon, but still the description didn't match the product I have received as it clearly said it was a scart splitter block. I have tried to contact the seller but got no response.

cheap nasty product, at a cheap price. Does not do the job intended very well, as you have to fiddle with the scart leads intill the picutre gets rid of most of the ghosting. Only buy if picture quality isn't a must.

Poor quality
Bought the splitter for my LED TV, signal quality drops with the splitter to the point where we no longer use it so wouldn't recommend

does as said on the box
recieved the splitter in just a couple of days plugged it in to a dvd and video player had them both working pressed the button and switched between them PERFECT! Read more

Does what's needed
Great price for a really useful item. Arrived quickly. Perfectly decent quality and good connections. Feared it might reduce the quality of the connection but does not.

scart splitter
quality item. Handy if tv has only 1 scart input and you can connect dvd and freeview etc. switchable ones are better. Had non switched one before and did'nt work properly.

Not a good conection!
Works well enough, but has a bad conection in the TV, have to wiggle it about every time we change it over!!!!

its cheap and it does the job perfectly small so can easily be hidden and no more fiddling about behind the telly with scart plugs
