Often you forget about simple calculation. This book goes through all the maths, physics and chemistry required in the water area in a very interesting and succinct way, easy to understand and even gives examples. It has been a great help for me not only during my PhD but also at my current job. This is a wonderful book, an essential tool for everyone working in water and wastewater. I would definitely recommended it!

As a MSc in Water and Wastewater Engineering student at Cranfield Univrsity, I've found the Watermaths book priceless. My background is in Ecology so I have initially struggled with the necessary maths, physics and chemistry required to better understand the many intricate processes. The Watermaths book offered a easy to use tool to review forgotten formulas and equations. The exercises have the solutions provided so one can compare results and see where better understanding is needed.

The Second Edition Watermaths book has the benefit of being error free and features a much improved binding.
