There are mixed messages all over Waterloo Road, and you don t have to read between the lines to fi nd them. Recently installed Head Teacher Karen Fisher has both her daughters, Bex and Jess, back with her now, along with her son Harry; but Bex comes with some dangerous baggage in the form of a demanding ex-boyfriend, Hodge, who ll stop at nothing to get her back, including seducing Jess. Meanwhile Grantly has fallen into a rut with his wife in a care home and needs some care himself. Ruby takes him on, but confused signals leads Grantly to feel that there may be more to her intentions. Francesca Montoya, the Spanish teacher, fi nds herself heavily in demand from an eager Tom Clarkson, but she s already crossed a very dangerous barrier and started an affair with a pupil that could send her to prison if they aren t very careful. While Karen Fisher struggles to maintain the separation of boys and girls into different teaching groups, she must juggle the politics of a new head of pastoral care, student homosexuality, angry parents and children who are mothers themselves. And when someone close to her hacks into her e-mail to send aggressive messages to her fellow teachers, it could lead to her downfall. In one of the tensest, most exciting terms at Waterloo Road yet seen, these mixed messages and more lead to dangerous, illegal and possibly even deadly conclusions. SPECIAL FEATURES: Outtakes, Social Networking Snaps, Subtitles

This series was definitely one of the best yet! I have watched it right from series 1 and it has always been one of my favourite programmes. The first few series were the best (along with 6) in my opinion and in series 3 and 4, many of my favourite characters left (Chlo, Mika and Maxine especially) and series five wasn't one of my favourite series. However series 6 has really bought it back for me! Although I was quite surprised at them winning the National Television Award over Doctor Who (who has won every year since it started again in 2005), after this stunning spring term, I realised just how far Waterloo Road has come since the first series. This cast is one of the best ever and I love the new Fisher family. I was especially pleased to hear that Tina O'Brien and Linzey Cocker were joining the cast and in spring term, we really get to see a lot of Tina's character, Bex. I think that storyline was handled really well and I loved the mystery in why she left. I really enjoyed those few episodes where it came to a conclusion. My favourite storyline however (favourite overall yet) was that of the relationship between Cesca and Jonah. It just broke my heart to see them torn apart. Episodes 19 and 20 are two of my all time favourite episodes of Waterloo Road. Their performances are stunning and I am so glad that they were able to get married. I am sad however that we don't get to know what happens after now Cesca has been arrested. I knew a while back that they weren't returning in series 7 but I wish they were! They made such a cute couple. I am glad to hear that Jess, Chris and Sambuca are coming back - I hoped that Bex would be too but she isn't. I cannot wait for series 7 and have heard that it may even be starting in May (2011) so fingers crossed!

I have pre-ordered this DVD and really hope to see some extra special features on it. Such as some more outtakes on top of the ones in the Autumn Term, some deleted scenes and cast interviews.

I've always been a fan of Waterloo Road (right since the days of Jack Rimmer, Izzie Redpath and Andrew Treneman) and every series has just got better and better. But I have to admit this series has certainly been the best so far and with the arrival of the fantastic Amanda Burton, its difficult to see how this show could actually get any better - its just amazing!
Absoutely can't wait for series 7 (especially with the fabulous Amanda Burton still as headteacher) - it sounds as though it is going to be another fantastic series of the award-winning Waterloo Road :)

This is an excellent series which has brought to light the ridiculous law that says that two single adults that are over 16 years old can't love each other. I was hoping that Cesca and Jonah would marry because they are obviously in love and so why shouldn't they? They both agreed to the relationship and it was Jonah rather than Cesca that made the first move. It is quite ridiculous that the law says that it was Cesca that did wrong and must go to jail and get a criminal record for a sex offence. If in real life this would actually happen then it is no wonder that there isn't room in jail for proper criminals if they lock up someone like this.

So congratulations to Cesca and Jonah on your marriage.

Karen Fisher should start worrying more about her daughters that sleep around and are porn stars on the internet. I think their behaviour is much worse than what Cesca and Jonah have done.

Well done to all of the Waterloo Road team for producing another excellent series.
