Those four words in the title describe this series of Waterloo Road. The Best One Yet.
New Head Teacher, Karen Fisher (Amanda Burton) makes a great start, and her on-screen family, Jessica Fisher (Linzey Cocker), Harry Fisher (Cellach Spellman), and on-screen husband Charlie Fisher (Ian Puleston Davies) are good too.
The highlights are the great and chilling mystery of Bex (Tina O' Brien) Fisher, and also the accidental short-term relationship between Deputy Head, Chris Mead (William Ash) and Karen's 17-year-old daughter (as mentioned), Jessica Fisher. We also have Charlie Fisher's affair, Harry Fisher's bullying, and a short storyline about the rivalry between Amy Porter and Sambuca Kelly. Long-running teacher Grantly Budgen (Phillip Martin Brown)'s wife getting Alzheimer's disease, and Josh Carter revealing his sexuality.
The Spring term started with a bang, with the new single-sex class policy controversy being great, and I really like the new head of Pastoral Care, Adanna Lawal (Sharlene White). The Main story throughout this series is the relationship between teacher Francesca Montoya (Karen David) and pupil Jonah Kirby (Lucien Laviscount). It is a really well acted storyline. Except for that, they're aren't many big storylines, but I should note Finn Sharkey (Jack Mcmullen) falling off a bridge, and the rather comedic school play performance of 'Cinderfella'.
Overall, the best series yet.
