Both my four year old and my one year old thoroughly enjoy this book, and others of its kind. My eldest developed his love for all books, fact or fiction, after reading this at bedtime from a very early age and learnt to predict text because of its repetitive nature. My youngest is now an avid 'reader' due to the colourful illustrations, simple text and need for mummy to make the noises of any animals involved in the plot!

See how fast you can read the repetative pages, your toddler will laugh out loud. Not good for bedtime the kids get too excited.

I bought this book in Africa when I went to visit my daughter and family who live there. The grandkids LOVED the book! They are moving back to the States soon and THIS book is one that they are bringing with them. They love it THAT much! I was there again, recently, and one of my friends went with me. SHE wanted to buy one of the books too, and we looked EVERYWHERE but couldn't find it. So, when I arrived back home I found the book online! (at a much better price!) So, she's getting the book as a gift from me!
