Wasgij Mystery is the 'what happens next?' puzzle concept where puzzlers have to use their imagination to piece together what is going to happen next in the scene shown on the box.For extra fun, there is also a 1000 piece puzzle of the scene shown on the box.
The finished size of each puzzle measures 68 x 49 cm (approximately) and the jigsaws have been produced using a high quality cardboard and precision die-cutting techniques to ensure every jigsaw piece maintains its original shape time and time again.
So why is Wasgij so popular? With traditional jigsaws the puzzler builds the image that they can see on the box. With Wasgij they have to build an image that is different to that shown on the box. Although we give a few clues, Wasgij really challenges the puzzler to use their imagination. Put that together with great drawings and pictorial humour and it is no surprise that Wasgij has topped the jigsaw puzzle charts for so many years. The Wasgij Express was the first ever Wasgij Mystery and was drawn by the very popular artist, Graham Thompson.
