I found all the stories wonderful. The personal stories made the book far more interesting than just reading a history book in school. My grown children also shared the book with some of
their friends, and they could not say anything but how amazing all the stories were! The book has done it's job by "passing down first hand accounts" of WWII before all the brave men and women who were there are gone. As is stated in the Forward of the book; "'lest we forget".
