For a manga book about cats, this packs a surprising amount of emotional punch. If, like me, you've followed the Warrior Cats series from the start, then you've been with some of these characters for so long that they are like friends to you: Graystripe is one of them.
Yes, this is a short manga, thin on text, but if you read between the lines, and really take your time looking over James L. Barry's INCREDIBLE inkwork, you'll be amazed just how deep it is. And when the climax came around, I'll freely admit I had a lump in my throat.
Simply brilliant.
