I loved this DVD, in particular it gives you options to fit in with your lifestyle & the frame of mind / body you are in . I use it when I'm away & cannot get to class as it enables you to do a short or longer routine, using the separate sections & flow of the DVD....this makes it excellent value for money & gives you choice! I would say that it is not a beginnners practice , however it will make you feel different & stronger about yourself & how you work with your body & breath. I have also provided it to some of my business clients who want to ensure that they can keep up their yoga practice when unable to get to a regular class. Viv demonstrates the postures well & you are not distracted by other people as in many videos.

This is an intensive but brilliant yoga DVD. I'm not a yoga beginner but still found it challenging - but effective. I can only get to my yoga class once a week so I tend to do the 25 minute yoga sequence at the beginning of this DVD once a day now.
My inner warrior is beginning to emerge! I feel stronger, more alert, and happier!
