This bag is designed as a weekend bag so you would expect it to be able to take a reasonable amount of stuff. The handles have not only split in 4 places but the outside of the main bag has also torn. I wouldn't consider the my use of the bag in the last few months since purchase as excessive so was very disappoint by this! I wouldn't buy from them again!

I must say having brought my second one of these they did improve the durability. There were rivets placed where the handles attach and the stitching looked better. However, this maybe made it last a couple of months longer. If the bag isn't used regularly and you don't put much in it then it will last. Normal use that I'm sure bags are designed for is not this bag's forte! Cool bag but don't expect it to last long!
