I don't know why this has got a bad review as I thought it was very good.
Yes the secret was a load of crap, some of the acting was rubbish and the killers mask was the least scariest I've ever seen but it was a good horror/murder film.

The plot is that 6 students go to Florida for spring break a year after one of their friends was brutally murdered and the killer has followed them there and is killing them 1 by 1 and leaving the message "Do You Wanna Know A Secret" the same as the one next to their friends dead body.

Jeff Conaway's acting was good and the main actors acting is good but the actress' is bad at times.

I recommened this to anyone who liked I Know What You Last Summer, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and The Pool.

Hope this review helps you.

This isnt too bad at all actually. If you are expecting an astounding film with mind blowing twists and turns look elsewhere, but this film does have its moments
It has been stylishly shot, is quite atmospheric at times and does build up quite a bit of tension during a couple of the murder scenes, which are suprisingly lacking in gore. The cast all do a good job, and the whole thing is a competant enough affair
However, the killers unmasking, and the reasons for their actions, is feeble, and a big anti climax to the whole film. There are alot worse films out there, but post Scream and other knowing homages/spoofs of the whole stalk and slash genre, viewers really do expect a bit more for their money.
So, not the big fat turkey that some reviewers have labelled this film as, but a bit of a pointless retread of earlier films in the same genre. 2 out of 5

Do You Wanna Know a Secret? Well not if it means I have to sit through this again. The more teen horror movies that are released, the worse they seem to get. At least in the backlog of 80s slasher movies, there were a few hidden gems like Slaughterhouse. But the same can't be said for the modern teen horror movies.

Do You Wanna Know a Secret follows the standard plot: a group of teens spend their spring break in Florida where a masked killer starts to do them in one by one.

This is just an exhausted rehash of ideas from earlier movies such as I Know What You Did Last Summer, even going so far as to having the killer send messages saying "Do you wanna know a secret?" which is so blatantly copied from the film mentioned. The movie has an annoying tendancy to cut away from the death scenes and then show us the victim a few minutes later with blood on them. I think we see one half-decent death scene and the rest are off-screen. The killer costume is pathetic and you can spot the actual killer themselves in the first scene that they are in. Also, I almost cried when the killer said the title words at the end: "Do you wanna know a secret?" It was just so clichéd. And the secret itself? Well it is so pathetic you wonder just why they called it a secret in the first place.

Don't waste your time with this trash. I wasted my time and money and can't get either of them refunded to me.
