Product Description

Banished by his father, MAZAEL CRAVENLOCK has spent the last six years wandering the realm as a landless knight, fighting for gold and his own amusement. But when escaping from a gang of robbers, Mazael finds a desperate young nobleman in dire need of aid to save his own father.

Rescuing the boy's father could be Mazael's path to fame and glory.

Or to a shallow grave...

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Standing over six feet tall, Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.

He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works.

4.0 out of 5 stars More of the Good Stuff 23 July 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Jonathan Moeller hasn't written a bad tale yet and I love the worlds he writes about so I've read everything he has written to date. This is just more of the "good stuff" as far as I'm concerned!

2.0 out of 5 stars very very short 5 July 2013
By rrim - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I've read all of his Demonsouled and Ghost books and wanted to try some of his short stories. I was very disappointed by the length as it took me less than 15-20 minutes to read the whole story. Most of the book is actually introduction (a list of his books) and the first chapter of Demonsouled.

I can only recommend his standard books, but I'll stay away from his (incredibly) short stories in the future.
3.0 out of 5 stars The Wandering Knight. 11 April 2013

I had read the three Demom souled books before I read The Wandering Knight. So I was familiar with the subject. I enjoyed this tale. It all so gave me some more information. See where he came from. How he got his employment. My only complaint was, it was a short read.
