OK, so maybe you haven't heard of Joseph Lanner - a friend and musical rival to Johann Strauss(the elder), but he was one of the earliest composers to take the Waltz from the peasants to high society so that they could also enjoy dancing for the sake of it. The next time you are in the kitchen, have five minutes to spare between courses and fancy a dance put this on and you won't regret it!
