Format:Paperback
This guide is very useful for scoping out your ideas before you go - what is do-able and how long it might take you. When you are there, the information available on the ground in this area is excellent so if you speak French or Italian you will feel less need to refer to the book. We used it to plan a 1 week trek from St Dalman to St Martin Vesubie and we could not have done it without it. It's also given us more ideas for other long-distance walks in this wonderful part of the Alps.
