This was a great motivational book. It has a nice list of benefits of walking that made it really encouraging to get moving. It goes over all the important topics for walking like the the importance of walking shoes, how to stay committed, getting to 10,000 steps, mindset, different kinds of walking, where to walk, and the list goes on. I found it to be a pretty comprehensive book on everything you need to know about walking.

What I particularly liked about this book was how easy it was to read. The author did a very nice job of bolding all of the important topics in each chapter and even provided a conclusion in each chapter and an overall summary at the end of the book. This is a super easy read and it’s all-encompassing, so there’s no reason not to get this book and get moving now!

This was an extremely well-written and informative book. I felt it was just the right size, and contained everything you need to know to successfully get in the routine of walking 10,000 steps a day. It contained information on everything from which kind of shoes to get to the pros and cons of indoor/treadmill walking versus outdoor walking, how to start your very own walking club, etc.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who:

~ Wants to lose weight in a fun and easy fashion

~ Wants to become healthier

~ Wants to live longer

Walking: The Ultimate Walking Guide to Lose Weight- How to Burn Fat Fast, Lose Weight and Build Up Strong Muscles. I purchased both this e-book by Jason Bracht, and the duplicate written by James Brandon, believing they were different books from different authors. I was disappointed to discover that both books are essentially identical.
