This book exploits the vaguaries of English to hilarious effect whilst also provoking thought about how the language works. Adults, children and those in between will enjoy the word play and teachers will find ideal material for Literacy lessons. Discover an alternative spelling for 'potato' and laugh out loud!

This is my favourite book.Mummy knows some of the poems already, but most are new.They are so funny I can't decide which is my best one.I do like this, though; 11 was a racehorse, 22 was 1 2. 11 1 a race, 22 1 1 2.
