Lesslie Newbigin reveals again in this collection of compelling short talks the timeless God Story that is a single, unified account of God's great creation project - of which our relationship with God is just a part.

A great little book 16 Dec 2011
Format:Paperback
This is short, cheap, very readable, and, as far as I know, unique. There are books that will explain the Bible in varying degrees of detail, but they do not allow the Bible to flow as the story that it is. If Lesslie's Newbiggin's book has a fault, it is where he diverted the flow with unnecessary commentary, for example, on Jesus' resurrection.

I would be delighted to find that someone else has taking on a longer re-telling for an audience that has never opened a Bible.

Disappointing 1 Feb 2012
By CW
Format:Paperback
Very small book for the price it was. Issues received was not the same as the photo. Would be better priced at about 50p for the tiny bit of inofrmation inside it
