Jegsy Dodd & The Original Sinners have successfully combined poetry and music in a highly original style, it is humorous, witty, and has 'this is Britain 2005' stamped all over it.
Musically diverse, they cover many styles, country, rock, ambient, electro, everything grooves under Dodd's 'scouse' wit. As 'Jegsy Dodd & the Sons of Harry Cross' they toured extensively and have received many positive reviews with the music press.Television appearances in Holland, Germany and Ireland, placed them with a good following in Europe.
Demo's for the new album have been well received with the BBC and have had regular play on 'Rob Da Bank' Radio 1. The tracks attracted one of the biggest responses from listeners that the show has ever had and Jegsy & Co then performed 'Live' in session for Radio 1 in April 2005.

This has been on constant play since I got it. From the opening guitars of "all I ever wanted was you" to the last second of "poetry doesn't rhyme" this album is pure genius. I've waited nearly ten years since "Winebars and Werewolves" (with the Sons of Harry Cross) for Jegsy to release another record, and it has definitely been worth the wait. Buy this for all your friends now!!
