Another wonderful installment of Patrick and Ingrid!!!

I am such a huge fan of Margaret Duffy's Patrick Gillard and Ingrid Langley mystery series. I've been reading the series since way back in the day, 1987 I think, when the first book came out. I am so thrilled that she continues with this compelling and engrossing series. There is a new book due out in Sept of 2011, I believe, called Rat Poison. I'm so excited!
I really am addicted to this series. The main characters are so compelling. A husband and wife team, they invariably get involved with the most complex murder mysteries and crimes. These two characters have a long history together, and I have loved watching their relationship and marriage evolve over time, from career to career, and through five kids and lots of wonderful supporting characters.
I highly recommend this series, but you must start at the beginning, with "A Murder of Crows," and read them in order to get the full value out of this series. These characters are bigger than life in my mind. They're more than fictional characters; they've become permanent fixtures in my psyche.
