Wahoo Fitness's in-house physiologists have taken the traditional ""five-zone approach"" to heart rate training and reduced it to two key heart rate numbers. The Burn, which is the heart rate at which your body utilizes fat as the primary fuel source; and The Burst, the recommended heart rate that should be maintained for short durations to improve speed and performance. Wahoo has created Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Burn and Burst training plans customized to your individual skill level and fitness goals.
TECHNICAL DETAILSBlue HR setup is super easy. Wrap the strap around your back, and snap the sensor into place. Make sure that the sensor is located on your sternum or just below your breasts, and that the Wahoo Fitness logo is facing up. Download and open the Wahoo Fitness App or one of dozens of compatible Apps. Pair the Blue HR within the App's settings menu. Now you are ready to work out.
