I am no cook but I love Wagamama's food so I bought this book with some trepidation in case the recipes were too difficult but found the reverse to be true. With the exception of a few, most recipes are really quick to prepare and cook and use ingredients readily available from most supermarkets. They do give you the recipes for making your own chilli and other sauces if you wish but advise you can buy these ready made if you prefer so you can chose which level you want to use. There is a large vegetarion section and I have made some of the chicken recipes using Quorn for those that don't eat meat and have received lots of praise. A go to book which encourages me to buy and eat more fresh veggies and makes even the most rubbish cook (like me) feel like yes, I really can cook.
