Got this over the week-end and I am again impressed by the content of another of Frank books.
This title overlaps with Frank's "Wado-Ryu Karate: The complete Art Uncovered" both books contain Kihon-Gumite, but this new book goes into more detail of competition and 'street' fighting. Clear pictures and great examples of exercise drills lead the reader from fitness training and practical preparation for competition to scoring techniques and a few dirty tricks. This book contains plenty to educate the novice and experienced alike in traditional Wado. A great, great book.
