This makes photoshop so easy to use that I rarely make mistakes, thus cutting down the time spent in front of a PC after every shoot.
I used an Intuos 2 Medium (A5) before and now changed to an Intuos 4 Large. The sensitivity has been considerably improved. When you slide the pen over the tablet, it leaves already a quite solid trace, only by its own weight. Even when you take weight off and merely tab the tablet ever so slightly, it already reacts. Also, the USB tablet responds instantly, even to very fast pen movements. From what I heard and from my own experience with Bluetooth mice, it's best not to take chances and go for the cabled version. You definitely want instant feedback without any jitter. The surface of the tablet is slightly rougher and paper like. I had been worried by comments of other reviewers that the surface may be too rough and wear off the pen nibs too quickly, but that's not the case. The best aspect of the tablet are the OLED displays for each of the side buttons. These make it very easy to remember which action exactly each of them performs.
If you have any interest in graphic design and/or photography at all, don't think twice - GET A WACOM TODAY. It is leaps and bounds beyond what you can do with a mouse. You will never look back, it really is that good. Also, don't save on the tablet. There is a huge difference between cheap tablets from other manufacturers and Wacom products. This will most likely be one of the most important investments you'll ever make towards improving the quality of your work, after a good monitor of course.

The Wacom Bamboo range does not come anywhere near to the quality of the Wacom Intous4 range, so responsive and 'real'.
