Wacky Races, like most things from my childhood, wasn't perhaps quite as good as I remember it being, but it did lead to one of the most fun nights of my life with a group of friends and copious quantities of alcohol...
You know those race nights you get when someone buys in footage of obscure horse races from somewhere far away and everybody bets on them? Well, you can do exactly the same with this DVD! Simply decide who you're backing (or, better still, pull the names of the cars out of a hat - no one is exactly going to pick Dick Dastardly of their own accord, are they?), pick a random episode and away you go! No cheating now...the names of the winners do appear on the internet, suggesting an even greater need to randomise which cars everyone's backing!

This DVD has given my two little boys (and my husband!!!) hours of entertainment!! Its exactly how I remember it from when I was a child. I'm sure it will be watched a million times more and they will never tire of it!! Brilliant purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Introduced to a new generation.
I purchased this for my 2 sons aged 6 and 4. My sister and I used to love Wacky Races as children and as for my boys who love cars and it has gone down well.

Very funny, with fascinting characters and wacky situations and the moral messages that cheats (Dick Dastardly and Mutly in this case) never win.
