The Rockers Vs. The Orient Express
A fantastic match the best match on the card and maybe one of the best tag tea matches ever both team performed marvellously and just when you thought the match was gonna end it carried on a very lengthy match also it was about 20 minutes of speed and athletasism what a package! 10/10
The barbarian Vs. The late Big Bossman(RIP)
This was suprisingly good i know bossman was a good wrestler but i wondered how he would do against the barbarian and it was actually quite good. i would like to send out my condolences to the family of the Big Bossman Ray Taylor who sadly died of Heart Attack last wwek RIP.
WWF Championship Match
The Ultimate Warrior Vs. Sgt Slaughter
Very Good Match indeed the first couple of minutes where so exciting so much was going on warrior went crazy clotheslining slaughter and gneral adnan and then sensational sherri and warrior chased her backstage but then macho man clotheslined him and dropped a tv camera on him the rest of the match it was sluaghter working on warrior back and then warrior started fighting back and then macho man came out and warrior threw sherri over the top rope onto macho man and then macho nailed warrior with his ceptor and sgt slaughter won.
everyone ws expecting the decision to be reversed but it wasnt and then it came up on the screen

WWF Royal Rumble 1990

1/21/1990

On Air Commenators;Jesse "The Body" Ventura and Tony Schiavone

"Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated The Big Bossman by disqualification.

The Bushwackers defeated The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers.

1990 Royal Rumble Match;

Winner=Hulk Hogan(WWF Champion).-He would win the the next years one too.(Hogan won of course because he always wins because he's Hogan brotha!I think this is bad booking by Vince because how could you be the WWF Champion and the winner of the Royal Rumble? What sense is that?Thats why Im glad Hogan lost and his title too to the Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 6 a few months later).

Great Rumble...Horrible Undercard! 31 Aug. 2005
By Christopher oliva - Published on Amazon.com
This Rumble was by far (In my opinion) the very best of all time. Here's 10 reasons:

RUDE/HOGAN/WARRIOR/HART/SAVAGE/PIPER/ROBERTS/RHODES/PERFECT/DIBIASE

Does'nt get much better than that does it? Tony Schaivone who spent very little time in WWE calls the action with Jesse the Body my favorite commentator of all time.

The undercard is where this PPV struggles. I think there is 4 matches along with a Brother Love interview w/ Sherri and Saphirre...Man was that terrible.

Matches like Bossman VS Duggan and Bushwackers(WTF!) VS Rougeaus just make u wanna fast forward right through to the rumble. I own it but would'nt go higher than 15-18$'s for this. My favorite part of the Rumble is when only Hogan and the Warrior are left in the ring..Huge buildup to their match at Mania 6.

Bushwhackers VS Rogeau Brothers: Ugh, I hate the Bushwhackers and rarely ever watch a match of them. Rogeau's were a very talented team that just got lost in the shuffle in the 80's. Not a bad match, a bit enjoyable but I still hate The Bushwhackers.

Genuis VS Brutus Beefcake: Beefcake is another wrestler I cannot stand watching. Genuis had a funny gimmick as they brawl to a double DQ when the ref gets knocked down and Beefcake starts to cut Genuis hair until Mr. Perfect makes the save.

Ronnie Garvin VS Greg Valentine in a Submission match: Always enjoyed Valentine, im hoping WWE produces a dvd set towards him like they've been saying for years. Anyways, this was a great back and fourth match with Garvin making Valentine tapping out.

Brother Love does a interview segement between Sherri and Sapphire. It just sets up there WrestleMania match.

Big Bossman VS Jim Duggan: I never understood Duggan's appeal but this was one hell of a brawl. Probably the best performances from both men in there WWE career. Sadly, it ends when the ref sees Bossman use his night stick. Still a very good brawl/

Rumble: Very enjoyable Rumble with many top talents of the time. Many WrestleMania matches were set because of this Rumble including Piper-Brown and Warrior-Hogan.

As a side note, I'd like you to watch this Rumble for the entrances. Why? The fan favorites were cheered like crazy even the Red Rooster. Fans use to be so much more involved into wrestlers then today and the crowds use to span all ages and races. I still can't belive how loud these fans cheered for the fan favorites. Fans use to be into wrestling and now it's basically silent. I also miss the pre-interviews to the Rumble that made it seem speical rather then anther year, anther Rumble. They need to bring that back.

Overall, Valentine VS Garvin and Bossman VS Duggan were two very good matches and The Rumble was great. Diffently a must see event.

Royal Rumble 1990 27 Dec. 2003

Royal Rumble 1990 was great for it's time. Late 80's and early 90's was the good period of the wwf but the matches wern't always bloody and long and great matches. They were more like actual wrestling , you know bodyslams punches , kicks and other cool finishers. But the fans were always into the contests.
The Royal rumble 1990 was a good Royal rumble event , The Genius and Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake had a good solid match , even though it was the genuis , I was surprised. The Brother love show was goin on and he had Sherri come down and all they did was make fun of saphire while they were talking. When they called Saphire down they wouldnt let here talk and then saphire slapped sherri and Dusty Rhodes came down and everyone started dancing and started to have fun. Then The Bushwackers and the Rougo's had a very good match , The bushwackers actually put on a good wrestling show , you know everyone was used to the licking Bushwackers and the arm waving Bushwackers and they still did that but they put on a good show as well great match. Don't Forget the royal rumble happend , Now this was a sweet Rumble , Ted "Million dollar man" drew number one and he went about 50 minutes it was really cool to see him go far. Also Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior put on a cool but short show when it came down to Hogan and warrior for 2 minutes they showed the fans what they both could do. It would have been better if Warrior would have won the Royal rumble all together. When hogan won the rumble i was confused because Whoever won the rumble would get a shot at the title at Wrestlemania 6. Since Hogan was allready the champion though it wouldn't make any sence to have hogan win but good rumble anyway. I highly recommend Royal Rumble 1990 to any true wwf fan!
