5.0 out of 5 stars Taker is Back 30 Sep 2000
Format:VHS Tape
Judgment day is probarly the best pure wrestling show of 2000. The only bad parts are Gerald Briscoe's backstage Hardcore title defences. The show kicks off with perhaps the greatest 6 man tag ever between Rikishi/Too Cool and Kurt Angle/Edge/Christian. There were some great spots in the triple threat European title match with Eddy Guererro, Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn as we see the break up of The Radicalz. The best match for brutality is The Big Show v Shane. Two of my all time favourites Chris Jericho and Benoit once again pull off a classic. The table match was great as you would expect from guys like The Dudley Boys, Road Dogg and X-pac. The Rock and HHH then pull off the impossible by managing to entertain the short attention spanned wrestling fans for an hour in an Iron match where Shawn Michaels was brought back to be the referee to add a twist to the Rock/HHH feud. But longtime fans will cherish this tape for the end as one of the greatest wrestlers ever The Undertaker returns with a new babyface persona. Real wrestling fans will love this tape.

An explosive pay per view. As HHH, Benoit, Rock and Jericho all figure in great matches. Each showing how good they can be. The WWF reminding us of what good events look like if your a wrestling fan this is a must, if you watch wrestling for the viollence Big Show vs Shane will please. However I advise you don't look at the box. It tends to spoil.

5.0 out of 5 stars 60 Minute Iron Man War! 5 Aug 2000
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
Sunday May 21st, and the Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky was the venue for what many called the most action packed 60-Minute Iron Man Match in WWF history, as The Rock defended his WWF Title against the former champ and arch enemy Triple H. Compared to the WWF's previous main event Iron Man Match at Wrestlemania 12 between Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, this match had plenty of falls. With just seconds to go the score was 5-5, and if it stayed that way, there would be no extra time and The Rock would remain the champion.
However when the McMahon-Helmsley Regime stormed the ring to beat on the champion, a familiar face showed up with an all new attitude. The Undertaker was back, not as The Phenom, but as THE AMERICAN BADASS! Storming down the aisle on his Harley, he took out all the McMahon-Helmsley Regime, and even got his hands on Stephanie! Triple H received a Chokeslam and a Tombstone for his effort, but special referee Shawn Michaels saw this occur, and instantly disqualified The Rock, giving The Game a 6-5 victory and the WWF Title for the 4th time!
Also on this video, you will see Chris Jericho pass out in Chris Benoit's Crippler Crossface, putting that move over in the WWF for the first time. You will also see The Dudley Boyz take on DX, where only Gerald Brisco stood in the way of Buh Buh Ray putting Tori through a table, you will see Kurt Angle and the Tag Champions, Edge & Christian team up against Too Cool and Rikishi, and you will see Shane McMahon do the impossible as he attempts to take on The Big Show in a Hardcore Match!
Blood, guts and Cinder Blocks! Add Judgment Day 2000 to your collection today!

decent match but i dnt understand y at wrestlemania the rock didnt win the title, instead he won it the next month at backlash then lost the next month here at judgement day then won it back agian at king of the ring a month later!

whats gd about this match is undertakers return.

undertaker beats the hell out of d-x but something funny is when walks up to undertaker behind makes him turn around then does the strangest walk u will ever see!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Rock and HHH in a world title epic 19 Oct 2000
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
What a main event! How did the WWF pull off such an amazing match? No-one thought the Rock and the Game could do it half as well as they did, but it was quite simply phenomenal - and what an ending!
Also on this PPV is a great six man tag which, in the words of two of the participants, "totally reeks of awesomeness" and features everyone's Olympic Hero Kurt Angle. It's true, it's true.

3.0 out of 5 stars The video box gives it away 25 Oct 2000
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
I bought this video knowing who won every match because I missed it live. If you watched this event live it would be brilliant. The suprise return of Undertaker. But why slap it all over the front of the video box. UNDERTAKER RETURNS. That gives it away. If you did't know the outcome of the iron man match this would be one of the most nail biting matches of the year. They also manages to fit in a few more matches as well. These include Benoit V Jericho + Shane V Big Show.
No doubt about it, 5 out of 5 if you don't know the outcome but i knew what happened so i'll give it 3.
