WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 will empower players more than ever to to define their gameplay experiences in a dynamic and ever-changing WWE. Thought that this game was possible the best wwe smackdown vs. raw game. All the new stuff in it was really good like the new wwe universe and the improved road to wreatlemania mode a lot better. In all it is a really good game. I hope thay keep makeing them.
Only bit did not like was that the roster was a bit dated, could of done with having The Nextus in it, but is still a very good game. If you likes the other games. You will really this one too.

Why the heading? After travelling to various shops in the west midlands, only to be told WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011, will not be available in the PS2 version, well funnily enough here it is! The places: two of the big high street gamer shops - Game and Gamestation, both were quite adamant that NO! it will not be on PS2 - explain that to the makers.
Anyway to the game:
If you have played the earlier versions then you will be presently surprised, although there is not much difference in game play to 2010, the notable exception being a new season mode where rather than simply having exhibition fights, these are now incorporated into the season mode. Again similarliy to 2010 there is a story mode which principally covers a small handful of wrestlers all undertaking the "Road to Wrestlemania", including your own created superstar if you wish. Here you take on a number of stars until you reach your ultimate goal of taking on the deadman himself "The Undertaker" and try to do what so many other stars have failed to do, beat the streak.
All in all a pretty decent game, there are some differences in the PS2 version compared to the PS3 version, but not enough to spoil any game play.

the next game from wwe well my sons can"t be any more happier with this have played all the games from the past few years have to say that this is the best yet with new feature and greater control over what hapens in game makes it much more enjoyable though did hope that it would have had a much more updated roaster despite this good overall game play much more easier controls thq keep up the great work

This has to be one of the best smackdown games since here comes the pain for mainly one reason. WWE Universe mode. With this mode you can basically control all wwe programming however much you want. You could play every single match for 10 years in a row or you could just skip straight to wrestlemania. And with cutscenes and unlockables littered throughout it never gets boring. The new road to wrestlemanias and create a finisher options help the game get even better.
P.S If the game has Jake 'the snake' Roberts in it has to be good!
