**** A Excellent Match really enjoyed it great back and forth action given a lot of time and they used it very well great start to the show
2. Randy Orton vs The Miz- WWE Championship
*** Another good match not great but hard to follow the previous match up the weaker of the 2 but this match is still a good

Minus the womens match this was a great rumble the main event title matches were great as was the royal rumble so overall easy thumbs up and a must buy for your collection

I have to admit that this Royal Rumble 2011 pay-per-view has to be one of the favourites leading up to the ultimate spectacle known as WrestleMania.
WWE Royal Rumble 2011 Match Ratings:
1. Dolph Ziggler vs Edge (World Heavyweight Championship) 4/5
This was a great opening back and forth contest for the one and only World Heavyweight Championship. It was so good to see Dolph Ziggler getting an opportunity at the biggest prize known as the World Heavyweight Championship. Both superstars had a good amount of domination, but in the end it was Edge who reined supreme as he led himself to victory with a Spear and a 1-2-3 and still World Heavyweight Champion.
2. Randy Orton vs The Miz (WWE Championship) 4/5
This was a decent match for the WWE Championship, and again some decent back and forth action from both superstars who gave it their all. Would have liked to have seen Randy Orton winning this match, but a surprising Nexus and CM Punk got involved and The Miz got the 1-2-3 to retain his WWE Championship.
3. Eve Torres vs Natalya vs Michelle McCool vs Layla (WWE Diva's Championship) 3/5
Not a bad divas match to what people say and would put it down as one of those diva matches that was watchable and the winner of this match deserved to be WWE Diva's Champion. Eve Torres once again leaves as the new WWE Diva's Champion and she deserved, her prettiness and gorgeous smile makes this diva so special and she is just awesome.
4. The 40 Man Royal Rumble Match 5/5
For the first time ever, we get to witness a 40 Man Royal Rumble Match that featured a total of 20 superstars from both RAW and Smackdown, who's main goal was to headline WrestleMania 27 so that they could go up against a world champion of their choosing. This was just an amazing Royal Rumble Match with so many surprises including some shocking returns of the likes of Big Daddy Cool Diesel and Booker T. I would have never thought that my main man Alberto Del Rio was going to win this one, but how wrong I was when he eliminated Santino Marella to win the first ever 40 Man Royal Rumble Match and Alberto Del Rio is heading to the main event at WrestleMania 27.
Overall WWE Royal Rumble 2011 is a must have in the collection and now one of my favourite WWE pay-per-events that will for sure be spoken in years to come.

edge (c) vs dolph ziggler
fantastic little opener, i was surprised over how well ziggler worked in a big match, he is a great performer who needs more main event spots, good back and forth action with both men giving it their all.

the miz (c) w/ alex riley vs randy orton
i find it hard to watch orton now and days as he just seems to be very slow in the ring and can make it boring, the miz showed why he should be given a chance to be champion, match is ruined at the end by to much out side interfeirence.
