You're in for a big disappointment with this little fan. I gave it two stars of mercy because the principle idea is good and it looks cute, but the extreme level of noise it produces makes it simply unusable around other people. And that defeats the point of having a miniature fan, which to me would be low profile, inconspicuous self-cooling that doesn't attract the attention of everyone in the room. Sadly, this mini fan does, it's *that* noisy, and this is coming from someone who's much less bothered by noisy devices than others tend to be.
The only time I can see someone using this is when they're alone, but if that's all you need it for, you're much better off buying a slightly larger pocket fan with more cooling power (and silent operation!), like the The Whirlwind - Portable Fan (also from Design Go) which is much, much better and still fits your pocket with ease.

Very pleased with product. Fits great in handbag. Although small it had the same effect as my older much bigger fan. Would definitely recommend.
Bought it for a trip to Kerala to help our baby deal with the heat. This is a very small fan, but its quite fiddly and the air flow isn't the most powerful
We purchased another one (PERSONAL BATTERY OPERATED FAN. Soft flexible blades with three adjustable positions) which was better suited and so this one became hardly used.
