As a theatre porter at a big London Hospital, I have to walk a lot, and not just walk....
Pulling patients around in beds, moving operating tables which weigh as much as a small car etc.
Just to say that my feet and legs are in motion at least 10 hrs a day, sometimes more.
First I had tried MBT's, which cost a fortune and are just as heavy as they are expensive. After one shift alone my feet and legs were so sore that I didn't wear them ever since.
So I tried the Sketchers Shape Ups which were a complete waste of money, the quality of the material is just below standard, the heel fell apart after 1 and a half weeks.
I had given up on buying those so called toning shoes when I came across these Avia trainers, and not only are they really inexpensive, they are sporting high quality material and are more comfortable than any trainers I have ever worn in my life, and since I am a bit of a sneaker connaisseur and possess 139 pairs of trainers of any imaginable brand, I know what I am talking about.
I have by now 6 pairs of Avias and I don't think that will stay this way!!!
Great shoes, great price!!!!
