This unique swivel grass shear is designed to help you maintain neat lawn edges. The double-ground, wavy blades allow for a clean and precise cutting performance, even after years of use and the non-stick coated blades allow for easy cleaning. This shear comprises an adjustable blade head that can be rotated through 180˚ in order to access awkward edges or corners, and a removable grass deflector that prevents clippings from falling into neighbouring flowerbeds by flicking them back onto the lawn.
An integrated knuckle protector allows you to work in stony areas without injury and the ergonomically designed comfort grip handle allows for a controlled and comfortable handling, even after prolonged use.

Excellent hand held grass shears, part of the Wolf-Garten Professional range of tools have a brilliant easy to hold and ergonomically designed handle, and ultra sharp teflon coated blades for long life and great results.
The handle has a neat trick of being 'trigger based', so instead of the strain during cutting being taken by two fingers, the whole hand fits inside the hand guard, and as a result you use all the hand and fingers to operate the handle, greatly reducing strain and aches.
This makes it particularily good for elderly and disabled gardeners.
The blades are easily positionable (using a simple pull and click system) either flat or horizontally, again avoiding the twisting action needed to achieve great results.
Finally, these are moulded in the custom rich red and yellow of Wolf-Garten tools, and are easy to spot on the grass or cuttings pile and won't be thrown onto the bonfire or compost heap by mistake, unlike the numerous pairs of black and green shears I have lost over the years.
These also have the standard 10 year warranty which is pretty fantastic for something like hand shears, a sure sign of a company that really stands behind its products.
So, in conclusion, these are yet again a great product from the fantastic range that is Wolf-Garten and work brilliantly.

WOLF-Garten Professional Grass Shear RIGC
Tried the grass shears and was pleasantly surprised at what a good job it did! Only draw back found that being left handed, the shears were meant for right handed individuals. If the shears could be used on click pole, would not require bending down.

These edging shears seem very strong and durable if a trifle heavy. They give a good neat finish to the grass. I like the safety guard on them which stops you cutting plants by accident or your fingers. The design of the handle keeps the strain of cutting grass with one hand off your wrist. I think the blades could have been a little bit longer.
